Monthly Information

 Winners of the first Tournament:  Dave Christy, Mike Stafford, Scott Sieler Jr. and Brian Smith shot a 15 under 55 to capture the annual Captain & Crew Tournament to start the season.  26 Teams participated.

First Hole-in-One of the year:  Dennis Cavanaugh and team started on #13 and he put the first shot in the hole.  What a way to start!  He was playing with Scott Snyder, M. Dervay, and John Phelps

Club Champions: John Ross defeated defending champion Dirk Dockstater in one hole sudden death to take the Scratch Championship.  Kris Kieb defeated defending champ Marty Morse 2 and 1 to take the Handicap Championship. The Women's Club champion, Mary Lou Katchuck defeated Cheryl Knickerbocker to winner the Ladies Club Championship.  (See Pictures)

Interclub Matches:  The KCC team did well again this year.  Willobrook won but our team was only 5 strokes short.

Jim Cirigliano III got a hole-in-one on #13.

Dan Bauer recorded his 2nd Hole-in-One while playing in the Tuesday Morning Senior League on July 3rd.

Dave Welsh records his 3rd hole-in-one on Saturday during the Member-Member tournament.  He aced #13. (see pictures)

Dave Halstrom Aces #18: Dave got his first hole-in-one on #18 while playing with his brother Dick, Rich Pember and Dave Soloweljkl. (see pictures)

History made at the KCC: While playing in the Tuesday Senior League on August 23rd, 3 players had holes-in-one on three different holes.  The aced #'s 5, 13, and 18.  See the pictures for details.

Father's Day Tournament had a record turnout of 34 teams.  The team of Regan Smith Sr. & Jr. and Dave Cappadonia Sr. & Jr. had a score of 57.
